![]() ![]() No harmful language (curse words are ok depending on the context). Any discussion of such things on multiplayer will result in moderator action. While I don't personally use any hacks (except for the lootfilter, which is technically a MH), I won't disallow you all from discussing such things here, provided it is only in the context of single player only.Since PlugY is a mod exclusively for single player, any questions/comments directly related to playing on Battle.Net or private servers should be posted in the appropriate subreddits.Only thing is.no extra merc equipment slots!? oh my!! i know the extra gear on the merc upsets balance to some, but i offset it with/players and i play alone so much, it's fun to dress up another character.especially if you're stacking auras (or trying to). looks like the ss naming convention is the same between plugs, so had there been nothing in there, perhaps it would have worked but since it had all these middle earth mod items in it, it failed? not too sure of the relationship- only the result.ĭeleting this file made everything click into place. So the game was referencing a shared stash file that wasn't plugy created.i guess and/or its presence somehow prevented the creation of plugy's own?.after starting a game, the file is there again, though only one kb this time. by default this SS file was still in my d2 save folder. ![]() It also leaves a shared stash file and like D2, doesn't del files totally on uninstall. Previously i was using a different stash/merc/skillpoint plug called Hashcasper's hireling plugin (or something like that). bear in mind also that i deleted my ME (i was playing the ME mod) characters from within the game. kind of annoying though i suppose it's made a lot of people happy to find their old stuff (or d2 chars as the case may be) after an uninstallation/reinstall. a lot of software does this and since i wasn't prompted to delete all files, i should have guessed. So i guess when you uninstall d2, it doesn't del the save folder. ![]() in fact, as the read me relays, installation of plugy is pretty easy. ![]() Well, i have deduced what the issue was and it had nothing to do with configuring plugy correctly. ![]()
